One of the biggest challenges young managers face is how to pursue innovation. They think that they have to come up with big, impressive ideas, but that’s not what innovation is really about. It’s about empowering those around you to identify important and meaningful problems, devise and test solutions and then scale effective solutions to make an impact.

In this training, junior leaders will learn how to cultivate a culture of innovation by leveraging team dynamics and enhancing psychological safety. They will also be equipped with time-tested techniques that give them the ability to identify, categorize, and address innovation targets that will help them create market-beating products and strategies.
